Now finally after a great career it’s time for Tim Allen to realise the dream, he’s achieved accolades in all he major guides, featured in the Top 50 Gastropubs and the Top 100 Restaurants, had TV appearances, achieved successful reviews and great newspaper and magazine coverage. Now with the opening of Allen’s first truly solo venture in the village of Aughton in West Lancashire, finally Sōlō is born.
A challenging brief was presented to us from chef Tim Allen; Deliver a kitchen for under £50k!
To complete this task we recycled equipment form a nearby Michelin Star restaurant, reappointed demo equipment to create a sustainable, fully electric kitchen that Tim could create his Michelin level menu in.
To finish the look and feel of the kitchen as it is today, we recycled materials wherever possible.
