Lords of the manor kitchen was running on LPG gas and wanted to be more sustainable ,and carbon friendly and wanted to go fully electric, Chef Charles Smith put his stove ideas to Ecochef.
We had to design a kitchen and stove that was suitable for not only fine dining but one which was robust and efficient enough to cope with banqueting and the wedding season.
At peak service a maximum of 38kW per hour is used, a saving of 220kW per hour.
