Moor Hall is now an award-winning Restaurant with luxury rooms, holding two Michelin Stars, a Michelin Green Star, and 5 AA Rosettes. It was also recently crowned ‘Best Restaurant in England’ at the National Restaurant Awards 2022.
Mark Birchall had a vision for Moor Hall kitchen; one of high quality, innovation and energy efficiency. An essential part of the brief was to create a partnership built on expertise and trust.
He wanted to create a kitchen with high degrees of vision of all the sections, with views and access to the kitchen garden.
A high degree of precision and control was paramount to the Ecochef stove design.
Mark’s expectations were met and when asked if he would change anything his reply was; “No.”
